You&Me Family Fitness empowers families to bond through playful, interactive strength sessions that use natural body weight and, when appropriate, a child’s weight to build strength, balance, coordination, and joyful connection. Through safe partner exercises, movement games, and functional workouts, families grow stronger together while creating healthy routines and meaningful memories in motion.

Wiggle & Giggle

A playful parent–toddler class focused on bonding, balance, and early movement skills through songs, strength workout, all with lots of giggles.

Ages 1–3
(toddlers + parents)

Move & Groov

An energetic family workout combining strength, coordination, and rhythm. Parents and children train together using bodyweight partner exercises, movement challenges that help create an intense workout that build confidence and healthy habits.

Ages 4-6
(older kids + parents)

T-Rex Kids Circuit

A HYROX-inspired kids fitness circuit — structured, safe and a lot of fun by coach Nini (Nair Cardoso).

Ages 7-12
(Kids Fitness)

Fam & Fit

Special pop-up sessions and partner events for schools, communities, resorts, gym and organisations. Designed to bring families together through movement, wellness, and shared experiences (perfect for open days, festivals, and family days).
